The User may make unlimited online use of the copyrighted Content or products for the purposes of research and personal use (but not for commercial use – see "Prohibited Use" above) including searching, displaying and viewing on-screen, and may download, print or e-mail retrieved Content.

Availability

Kingston Literacy & Skills shall use reasonable efforts to allow for the site to be available on a 24 hour basis, but if access is suspended or interrupted or a fault or defect occurs which prevents access to the server, it shall neither have nor incur any liability. The User is responsible for all charges associated with accessing the Content, including those respecting computer equipment, telephone or Internet connections and access software.
